    EUBO FG203 Fluorosilicone Grease is a high-performance lubricating grease formulated with chemically stable fluorosilicone oil thickened with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. This grease offers a wide operating temperature range, excellent performance, and outstanding resistance to a variety of chemicals, including solvents, acids, chlorides, and other aggressive substances. It features low vapor pressure and minimal condensation, making it highly suitable for most industrial applications.

    Performance:
    Bearing tests show that EUBO FG203 Fluorosilicone Grease provides long service life under high temperatures, heavy loads, and high speeds. For example, bearing #204 running at 10,000 rpm at 230°C can operate over 500 hours under 1450 N axial load and over 1000 hours under 23 N axial load.

    Usage Instructions:

    • Apply the grease using a brush, spatula, or automated lubrication device, similar to conventional greases.

    • Ensure the surface is clean to avoid contamination from oxides, dust, or oil residues that may affect adhesion.

    Packaging:

    • 1 KG per can (6 KG per carton)

    Storage:

    • Seal the container immediately after use to prevent contamination.

    • Store in a cool, dry place.

    • Keep away from oxidizing agents, strong acids, and alkaline substances.

    Precautions:

    • Stir well before use, apply an appropriate amount, and smooth out to prevent oil separation.

    • Ensure proper ventilation during storage and application.

    • Regularly replenish and replace the grease as needed.

    • Wash hands before eating if contact occurs.

    • Maintain cleanliness during use to prevent contamination by mechanical debris, dust, water, or other solvents.

    • Do not mix greases of different brands or types.

    Application scope

    Applications :

    1. Lubrication of high-temperature valves and seals.

    2. Situations where lubricant evaporation must be minimized, such as cleanroom equipment and semiconductor manufacturing devices.

    3. Fixing films in the fuser assemblies of printers and copiers.

    4. Lubrication and friction reduction for extremely high-temperature, high-load bearings, gears, guide rails, and cams that conventional greases cannot withstand.

    5. Especially suitable for bearings in film stretching machines, heat-setting machine conveyor belts, corrugated paper machines, hot-air blowers, hot-oil pumps, and high-temperature motors.

    6. Lubrication and sealing in other harsh environments, including low/high temperature, corrosive conditions, solvents, liquefied natural gas, and high vacuum.

    7. Particularly ideal for bearings exposed to highly corrosive chemicals, high speeds, and heavy loads.
