    Product Description:
    EUBO FG208 Fluorine Grease is made from high-viscosity perfluoropolyether (PFPE) and offers a wide operating temperature range of -35℃ to 280℃. It has no flash point or auto-ignition point, does not age, and does not chemically react with oxygen or even liquid oxygen. It is resistant to steam, strong acids and alkalis, and corrosion from nearly two thousand chemical substances.

    Advantages / Features of FG208 Fluorine Grease:

    1. Made from high-viscosity perfluoropolyether (PFPE).

    2. Wide operating temperature range: -35℃ to 280℃.

    3. Provides long-lasting lubrication.

    4. Long service life, maintenance-free.

    5. No flash point, no auto-ignition point, resistant to aging, chemically stable even with oxygen or liquid oxygen.

    6. Low volatility at high temperatures; non-dripping, non-carbonizing, no sediment, no migration.

    7. Resistant to steam, strong acids, strong alkalis, and nearly 2000 chemical substances.

    8. Broad material compatibility and excellent electrical insulation properties.

    9. Insoluble in water and most solvents; compatible with almost any engineering plastics and elastomers.

    10. Excellent film-forming, load-bearing, and lubricating properties; film-forming ability is three times that of ordinary lubricants.

    11. Extreme pressure load-bearing capability exceeds the upper limit of standard test machines.

    Usage Instructions:

    • Apply or fill using a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device, as with conventional greases.

    • Ensure the workpiece surface is clean to avoid oxide, dust, or oil contamination, which may affect adhesion.

    Storage Instructions:

    • Seal the container after use to prevent contamination.

    • Store in a cool, dry place.

    • Avoid contact with oxides, strong acids, and alkaline substances.

    Precautions:

    • Ensure good ventilation during handling.

    • Replenish and replace the grease regularly.

    • Wash hands before eating after contact with the product.

    • Maintain cleanliness during use; prevent contamination by mechanical debris, dust, water, or other solvents.

    • Do not mix greases of different brands or models.

    Application scope

    Application Range of FG208 Fluorine Grease:

    1. Lubrication and friction reduction for high-temperature, high-load bearings, gears, guide rails, and cams where ordinary greases cannot withstand the conditions.

    2. Fuser films on printers and copiers.

    3. Lubrication of high-temperature valves and sealing components.

    4. Situations requiring minimal lubricant evaporation, such as cleanroom equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

    5. Particularly suitable for lubrication of bearings in film stretching machines, heat-setting machine conveyor belts, corrugating machines, hot-air blowers, hot-oil pumps, and high-temperature motors.

    6. Lubrication and sealing in other harsh environments, including low/high temperatures, corrosive conditions, solvents, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) applications.
