EUBO SS5 Ball Joint Grease is based on synthetic oils, non-toxic, and compliant with environmental regulations. It provides excellent sealing, lubrication, and water resistance.

  Usage Instructions:

  • Apply or fill the grease using a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device, similar to standard lubricants.

  • Ensure the surface of the workpiece is clean to avoid oxides, dust, or oil contamination, which could affect adhesion.

    Storage Instructions:

    • Seal the container after use to avoid contamination.

    • Store in a cool, dry place.

    • Avoid contact with oxides, strong acids, and alkaline substances.

      Precautions:

      • Although SS5 grease is highly chemically stable, it will gradually decompose and release toxic gases at temperatures above 350°C. Ensure proper ventilation if degradation is expected.

Application Scope of SS5 Ball Joint Grease:

1. Lubrication and sealing of friction surfaces, spools, ball joints, valves, plugs, gaskets, O-rings, and wedge-type seals in high and low temperature environments, requiring excellent water resistance.

2. Sealing rings and dynamic or static seals in various toys and electrical appliances, providing good sealing performance.

3. Lubrication of plastic toy gears to reduce noise.

4. Long-term lubrication in applications requiring low starting torque at low temperatures, such as electronic clocks, cameras, optical instruments, conveyors, refrigerator fan bearings, portable freezing equipment, and servo mechanism gears.
